• Exploring key skills, transferable skills 
• Looking at personal values and personality type, and how this can help aid interviewing and using them in the workplace. 
• Ongoing career coaching  (clarify career goals, plan career moves, and achieve professional growth)
• Interview skills
• Getting CV ready for today's market (particularly looking at how AI and applicant tracking systems are more and more in play)

Sessions include handouts, slides and activities to help you get the most out of the experience.
