What is the SCARF Model in terms of change and Psychological safety?

In business and organisations, big and small, change is something that is a continuous focus. Also, psychological safety is a key consideration in retaining and supporting people in the workplace.

I was reminded this morning of a post from Disruptive HR. It talks about the SCARF model in terms of change and provides a great summary. The model was originally created by Dr David Rock to help recall the 5 domains of psychological safety.
