Relational Intelligence - Any idea what this is?

This week, I have been working with clients to explore some long-standing people-related challenges, which have opened up conversations about leadership style, personality type, and emotional intelligence. Then the question, but what else are we missing in the human side of leading and managing people? 

Then, in my inbox, I found the start of the answer. A newsletter from Lead Intelligently popped up, discussing Relational Intelligence (Link at the end of this post). I admit that for years, IQ and EQ were common reflections, but RQ, Relationship Intelligence?

I needed to find out more and found a great quick summary by NeuroLaunch:

"Relational intelligence is the ability to build, repair, and sustain meaningful human connections, and it predicts career success, mental health, and even lifespan more reliably than IQ alone."
